Refund policy

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Refunds and returns are granted under the following circumstances:

  • Lost packages during transit (with proof from the carrier)
  • Non-delivery within 30 days after shipment
  • Delivery to the incorrect address (with proof from the carrier)
  • Goods damaged during transit
  • Goods with manufacturing defects (rendering them unusable)
  • Non-arrival of goods after 30 days (a replacement will be provided)

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Incorrect size selection (all product sizes are clearly stated on the product page)
  • Incorrect color selection

Additionally, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees and costs

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to appear. If the issue persists, please contact us at hivenews@bambinobee.com

We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. 

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
